Ms. Laila Mahmuda Shilpi, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), is one of the founding members of AIMS of Bangladesh Limited, having put up over 26 years to the organization. She is also one of the most senior and experienced professionals in this field of expertise. She has extensive experience with a unique blend of business and management expertise, as well as proficiency with the practices, policies, and procedures of the investment industry. She is responsible for aligning the organization's vision with strategy execution, overseeing organizational objectives, ensuring regulatory compliance, hiring, research, and directing business operations while leading a team of high-performing professionals. Ms. Shilpi holds an MBA and also earlier completed MSS from the University of Dhaka. Prior to joining AIMS, she worked in the merchant banking unit of Vanik Bangladesh Limited (currently LankaBangla Finance Limited).

Md. Mizanur Rahman, FCMA is an experienced professional accountant and a Fellow member of the ICMAB. He was one of the founding members of the company and is now serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) & Company Secretary. He did his B.Com (Honors) and M.Com in Accounting from the University of Chittagong. During his long professional career he had served in responsible positions for more than twenty two years in the capital market and financial sector, out of his twenty nine years of work experience.

Md. Ashraful Hasan, Chief Investment Officer (CIO) is a Masters in Commerce and L.L.B (Bachelor of Law) from the National University of Bangladesh. He joined AIMS way back in 2002 has about 25 years ‘of experience in Bangladesh capital market. He has previously worked with Mona Financial Consultancy and Securities Limited. He has wide experience in trade and settlement, portfolio management, stock inventory, custodial services and CDBL operations. He has been privileged to work closely with the regulators and other stakeholders in order to develop the capital market of the country. He is also an enlisted Income Tax Practitioner (ITP) with the National Board of Revenue and a member of the Dhaka Taxes Bar Association (DTBA).
