Client must keep following documents ready to fill up the Application Forms Online:
1. Copy of NID/Passport (Applicants and Nominee).
2. Copy of TIN Certificate (Applicants only).
3. Copy of BO Account Statement i.e. Portfolio Statement from CDBL or Broker.
4. Passport Size Photos (Applicants and Nominee).
5. Copy of Deposit Slip/Account Payee Cheque/Successful Transaction Screenshot in case of BEFTN, NPSB or any other forms of online transactions.
Client must keep following documents ready to fill up the Application Forms Online:
1. Copy of Incorporation Certificate/Trust Deed/Society Registration Certificate/Memorandum and Article of Association.
2. Copy of Board Resolution or relevant document if there is no Board Resolution required.
3. Copy of Letter of Authority Issued in favor of Authorized Persons.
4. Copy of BO Account Statement i.e. Portfolio Statement from CDBL or Broker.
5. Passport Size Photos [Managing Director/CEO and Authorized Person(s)].
6. Copy of Deposit Slip/Account Payee Cheque/Successful Transaction Screenshot in case of BEFTN, NPSB or any other forms of online transactions.
